From 1 July 2027, companies will need to give ASIC a director ID for each director.
This will happen through annual reviews and whenever director details change (ASIC Form 484 for example).

The good news is there’s nothing to do yet.
But it’s a great time to check your company and director details are up to date, so you’re ready when the new rules start.
